TMN Price Match Promise

We work hard to support the brands that we sell by following their pricing, however, we know that at times, you may be able to find the same product elsewhere for less, so we have created our Price Match Promise to be able to offer our customers the best prices.

We price match genuine like-for-like prices (including promotions). Please see below the criteria for price matching:*

• You must contact us before placing your order. A price match cannot be applied retrospectively after the order has been placed.
• The product must be the same make and model as the one in question and be identical in size/colour.
• The price must be the full price offered to customers. Not a price specifically for you using a reward or similar except first-order discounts.
• The product must be in stock and available to purchase online for delivery within similar timescales.
• We do not price-match membership-only, pre-owned or outlet stores. If the store is in administration or is closing down, we are not able to price match.
• A screenshot of the checkout of the online store, showing the basket total, including shipping, is required as proof for us to process a price match.
• A price match discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Only one discount code can be used per checkout.

Please contact us via Live Chat or via the Submit a Request form above, including a screenshot of the checkout showing any discounts applied and the website that you have found the lower price on and we will look into it for you creating a price match discount code if the above criteria are met.

*We reserve the right to refuse to price match at any time if the above criteria have not been met.
